We know the importance of quick delivery, we pride ourselves on having fast order turnaround and delivery times. When you place an order with us we will aim to have your order in the mail within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Please ensure all order details are accurate and complete before confirming your order. If your order is being shipped to a business address, please do not forget to include the Business name.

We basically provides two type of shipping methods to our customers within Australia.

  • Express
  • Non - Express

 Delivery timings within Australia:

We will endeavour to deliver products to your specified delivery address as soon as possible. But transit time may differ for each destination, depending on the time of the year and how busy we are. All the express deliveries will be delivered within 1 to 4 working days. And all the non – express deliveries will be delivered within 5 to 14 working days within Australia.

 We do ship products to International Destinations overseas as well, and on checkout the site will configure the costs and options .

Note: Shipping charges mentioned above are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We will use standard International Australia Post parcel service to ship products from Australia to overseas destinations and you have the option of adding a safe sign on delivery option .

RETURNS & REFUNDS If a "new " condition or "new old stock"  book or item is faulty or damaged, we will replace the book or item if possible or refund your payment minus the shipping and handling. We also reserve the right to charge a 20% return charge. All returns must be pre-approved and must contain our invoice.

In regard to a "used" or other not "new"  or not "nos"  condition book or item , return is at our discretion and for store credit only , minus shipping and handling costs we incurred .We also reserve the right to charge a 20% return charge. We sell both New and Used books and literature items. Original items are typically in used condition although sometimes we have "new old stock" (nos) of some car sales brochures for example. The item should mention in description if it is " new " or " used " or " new old stock  " or whether it is significantly damaged or incomplete.

If a new book or item is faulty or damaged, we will happily replace the book or refund your payment, whichever you prefer. Please notify us within 14 days and return the book promptly in the same condition as received

If you need your item in a specific condition, please contact us before placing your order in order to assure availability. This can save us both the time and effort involved in shipping/returning an item due to condition issues.

For example, you may be looking for an item in 'mint' condition, but we may only have one in 'good' condition.
